Through hands-on training and education, JagSafe builds a culture of awareness and shared responsibility, giving our campus the tools to prevent crime and promote safety.

Preparation is the foundation of confidence. We provide training and education to help you navigate emergencies effectively. From virtual workshops to hands-on simulations, this program lets you practice life-saving skills in a supportive environment, so if a critical moment ever arises, your response is second nature.

SAFE Stations

Help is always within reach. SAFE Stations are a key part of our physical safety infrastructure. They feature Stop-the-Bleed bleeding control kits, Narcan, and an AED. Paired with the SAFE Station Training program, these tools ensure help is close by. The SAFE Stations build resiliency and ensure we remain JagSafe and JAG Strong.

Life Ready AU

Life Ready AU is a certificate program designed for students, faculty, and staff. Through the Life Ready AU program, participants build practical, real-world skills that range from vehicle maintenance to financial literacy. Our Jags already get a great education, let's get them more than college-ready, let's get them Life Ready.

SAFE Stations

Emergency resources are available across all campuses. If you witness an emergency or feel unsafe, look for the high-visibility Code Blue Emergency Phones, which offer a direct, 24/7 connection to the AU Police Department at the touch of a button. For medical or safety concerns requiring immediate assistance, SAFE Stations are located throughout campus to provide essential equipment and support, including active QR codes for quick guidance. You can find the exact location of the lifeline nearest to you by viewing our university maps.
