ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION
Used by faculty and administration to identify students who are actively registered
and attending courses, or identify students registered for courses, but not attending.
AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY CATALOG
The AU catalog is the official source for academic programs and courses. Students
and advisors are encouraged to utilize the catalog in planning their path to graduation.
The catalog contains a number of features, including advanced search options, intuitive
navigation, and a My Portfolio option to store favorite programs and courses.
BANNER ACCESS
Banner is the integrated student information system used by AU, which includes modules
for admissions, financial aid, records, student accounts, and more. It is the primary
student database for AU. Access request information can be found here.
CARE TEAM
The mission of the AU CARE Team is to provide a caring program for student identification,
intervention, and response while balancing the needs of the individual with those
of the community.
CIR
Curriculum Inventory Reporting collects and records faculty effort in hours for a
given semester. This information is referenced for budgeting inquiries, departmental
faculty effort reports, and can also be used for many other data collection inquiries.
Based on the effort entered in the CIR system, a teaching percent is calculated for
USG data reporting.
CURRICULOG
An online interface that allows users to propose, create, assess, revise, approve,
and implement courses and programs.

Resources for curriculum planning, such as the scheduling manual and course attributes.
FERPA
General overview of FERPA information.
FORMS (STUDENT USE)
Forms provided by the Registrar's Office for tasks including, changing majors, applying
for graduation, and withdrawing from a course.

Final grades must be entered by the primary instructor via by the grading deadline each semester.
