Course schedules are submitted twice a year鈥攐nce in August for the Spring term and once in December for the Summer and Fall terms. The scheduling process begins when the Registrar鈥檚 Office rolls the course schedule forward from the previous corresponding term and launches the Administrative Course Scheduling proposals in Modern Campus Curriculum for each department. Each proposal includes a list of CRNs for that department, UCRN instructions in the Scheduling Manual, and Templates for submitting cross-listed, cross-leveled, and reserved sections as well as course attributes.
Scheduling Coordinators update the schedules according to departmental practices and complete their entries in Banner by the stated deadline. After making all updates in Banner, the Scheduling Coordinator finalizes the Course Scheduling proposal in Curriculog and attaches their final course schedule, which routes back to the Registrar鈥檚 Office to indicate that the schedule is ready for review. The Registrar鈥檚 Office then reviews all submitted data and works with departments to resolve any necessary corrections.
Dates the Registrar鈥檚 Office will launch the Course Scheduling proposals in Curriculog for that term.

Once section updates are final, our office releases the schedule to Classroom Scheduling to begin the official room assignment process. Dates of release to Classroom Scheduling are as follows:
