Integrated Planning
Institutional Effectiveness (IE) assists Planning Leaders with planning efforts to ensure that each unit has well-articulated outcomes in the form of goals, tactics, and measures. The division helps units use assessment results from planning efforts to improve performance and refine goals, tactics, and measures.
IE supports units with appropriately linking defined outcomes to the the strategic plan and interwoven priorities. IE staff also provides training and consulting on planning and serves as the Policy Manager for 麻豆官网首页入口's Integrated Planning Policy.
Strategic Planning
IE provides administrative oversight for the execution of the institution's Strategic Plan. Services include monitoring and reporting on strategic planning progress, management of planning resources and communications, and periodic updates to the Strategic Plan. IE will also provide support for strategic planning at the college/school and division level, including coordination of effort using basic, standardized project management tools and techniques.
