The 2025-2026 Academic Year & First-Year Contract

When does the contract open?

The First-Year contract opens on December 1. The Upperclassman contract opens March 1. Graduate and Professional Student contracts open after the start of the New Year.

Is there a deadline?

While we do not have a deadline per se, we do have a cutoff date for the contracts for priority room selection, and we do close the application once we are full. The deadline for individuals to receive priority consideration to participate in the room selection process for their fall assignment is April 1st (March 31, 11:59 PM) for Upperclassmen and June 1st (May 31, 11:59 PM) for First Years. The best practice is to complete the application early, so you will have a room.

 

The housing portal opens to accept First Year/Freshmen contracts for Fall & Spring 25-26 on December 1st and all Returners/Upperclassmen contracts for Fall & Spring 24-25 on March 1st.
