AU Parking Deck EV Charging Stations
As part of the new parking facility on the health sciences campus, we have installed
Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations onsite, and they are available for your use!
With these new EV charging stations, you can now power up your electric vehicle while
you work.
To make your EV charging experience as seamless as possible, please review the instructions
below. The straightforward instructions will guide you through the process, from connecting
your vehicle to monitoring the charging progress. Here are a few key points to keep
in mind:
- Location: There are eight EV charging stations conveniently located across four floors (two
each on Levels 2 thru 5). All EV charging stations are located the northwest corner
of the deck closest to 15th Street.
- Compatibility: The charging stations are compatible with all electric vehicle models, ensuring that
you can charge your EV regardless of the make or model.
- Charging Time: The Level 2 charging stations are equipped with cutting-edge technology, allowing
for fast and efficient charging. You can conveniently charge your vehicle during the
workday.
- Payment: Please review the instructions on how to activate and pay for the EV Charging Stations.

Flash EV Charging User Instructions
- Scan the QR Code on charger display screen or label to initiate Charging Session.
- If prompted, follow instructions on phone for account setup. No app download is required.
- User will see charger site details and rate associated with charging session.
- Press "Activate Charger" to begin charging session.
- Upon successful activation, user will see the "Ready to Connect" screen. Connect port
to EV.
- To terminate charging session, disconnect the charging port and return to holster.
User will receive SMS text confirming charging session termination, kWh of energy
consumed, and total cost of the session.
