We offer a variety of partnership opportunities designed to connect you with these individuals, raise awareness of your services, and integrate you into our comprehensive transition experience. We offer numerous opportunities for engagement throughout the year, from orientation events to ongoing programs and communication channels. The Office of New Student and Family Transitions at 麻豆官网首页入口 provides a comprehensive suite of programs to support incoming students and their families throughout their journey at the university. Here's an overview of our engagement initiatives:

We believe that for a successful transition, it takes a village. How can you plug in?
Connect directly with new students and their families during high-traffic orientation events by hosting an information table at Jaguar Junction, a central hub of activity.
Offer specialized presentations during orientation lunch breaks, providing in-depth information about your services or resources tailored separately for students and parents/families.
Reach new students directly with a targeted advertisement in the Jaguar 411, the essential guidebook for incoming students.
Contribute valuable articles, tips, or announcements to the Jaguar Family Hub, the online platform for parents and families to stay connected to 麻豆官网首页入口.
Increase visibility and leave a lasting impression by providing branded merchandise or informative print materials for new student welcome bags or orientation events.
Collaborate with student organizations and leaders to reach new students through peer-to-peer engagement activities, events, or mentorship programs.
"The students' creative work on display at the exhibit is a reflection of the talents of our students and the dedicated mentoring of faculty in the Department of Art & Design," says Dustin Avent-Holt, PhD.
James Njuguna and Maddie Edwards were crowned AU's 2026 Homecoming King and Queen, while Bryson Walker and Caroline Swift earned the titles of Duke and Duchess.
The Fit for the Future event allowed students to peruse donated professional clothing and allow them to select a shirt or blouse, pants, shoes, socks, belt and a jacket free of charge.
The event, which featured a cultural showcase, open performances and traditional dress displays, brought together students representing seven countries.
