Who Can Participate?

• Are you at least 18-years old and currently enrolled at Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú?
• Will you have junior-level standing by the time of departure (Exceptions may be made by the Study Abroad Office based on academic standing and previous travel experience)?
• Are you in good academic and disciplinary standing?
• Have a clear academic, professional, or personal development goal for travel?

• Submit Required documents – Approval requires attending a planning meeting with the Study Abroad Office and completing all necessary forms, including travel details, proof of insurance, and any required agreements.

Health, Safety & Risk Management

Your safety is our priority. All IST students must:

• Register their travel with the Study Abroad Office and provide emergency contact details
• Complete all required documentation including and .
• Stay informed about visa requirements, local laws, and travel advisories. ()

Students are discouraged from traveling to countries/areas that are currently under a U.S. Department of State Travel Advisory Level 3. Travel to countries/areas under a Level 4 Advisory is prohibited. The risk of injury, detention, and death is significantly greater for many areas within these Travel Advisory Levels. Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú cannot fully assess those risks or provide services in the event of an in-country emergency.
