Dr. Edward S. Porubsky was Professor of Surgery and Chief of Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine from July 1, 1974 until his retirement on June 30, 2001. 

He inaugurated the residency at the Medical College of Georgia at 麻豆官网首页入口, and quickly built a first-class clinical program. Among his legacies is a robust experience with laryngeal trauma that represents one of the largest published series in the world.

Dr. Porubsky is currently Professor Emeritus of Surgery and Chief Emeritus of Otolaryngology.
