Atrium Health Floyd, a not-for-profit hospital that is part of the Charlotte, NC-based Atrium Health organization. Services include a Level II trauma center and Level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. A comprehensive cancer center is located on the hospital campus. One of the state鈥檚 original residencies in family medicine is sponsored by the hospital.

Advent Health Redmond, a not-for-profit hospital that is part of the Orlando, FL-based AdventHealth system. It is known for excellence in cardiovascular medicine and surgery. The hospital sponsors a residency in internal medicine and a transitional year residency for physicians who are pursuing specialties such as radiology, anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, dermatology, ophthalmology, and others. In 2023, Redmond was named the number one teaching hospital in the nation by Fortune/Merative in terms of quality.

 

Harbin Clinic is, as of this writing, the largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic in the state of Georgia. It鈥檚 125 year history has roots similar to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, as the Harbin brothers were associates of the Mayo brothers while in training in New York City in the 1890鈥檚. Over 40 medical specialties comprising over 250 healthcare professionals are represented in Harbin Clinic facilities.
