Signals that an applicant is committing to MCG & withdrawing applications from other medical schools.

Criminal Background Check

All students accepted to MCG must complete a criminal record check through the AAMC-facilitated Criminal Background Check Service, Certiphi. After AMCAS has received your acceptance from MCG, you will receive an email from Certiphi to initiate the background check process. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in the withdrawal of your acceptance.

Official Final Transcripts

Students must send the MCG Office of Admissions final, official transcripts from ALL colleges listed on the AMCAS application. All transcripts must be received prior to matriculation.
