Teaching Interests

I teach introductory biology and evolution at the undergraduate level. My goal is to engage students in the material and help them develop scientific literacy skills.

Research Interests

My research is focused on understanding the genetic, metabolic, and environmental factors that influence aging and longevity across species, combining molecular biology, organismal phenotyping, and large data 'omics' analyses.
