My teaching interests include vocal performance and production; the direction of Music Theatre and Opera performances; English, Italian, German, French Diction; Vocal Methods for use in music edcuation; and opera history and literature.

Research Interests

My research centers around opera and vocal works of late 19th and early 20th century, especially the work of Eleanor Everest Freer and E. Adaiewsky; Opera for young people; Vocal Health and the Aging Voice; and vocal pedagogy.
