WHAT IS AN APPRENTICESHIP?
An apprenticeship allows you to get an accredited qualification while working and earning wages in the career of your choice. During your apprenticeship, you鈥檒l work alongside experienced professionals, honing your technical skills while gaining practical, on-the-job experience. If you鈥檙e someone who learns best outside the classroom, an apprenticeship could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career.
Application & Hiring Process
To submit your application for our apprenticeship program, please confirm you meet the minimum qualifications,聽then follow the steps below.

Step 3 – Check Your Email
Wait for an email from someone from the job placement team at the Electrical Training Center. The email will include the following new hire instructions.
- Complete Drug Test
- Pick up work referral from IBEW
- Report to 麻豆官网首页入口 Company for orientation & job assignment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver鈥檚 license
- Must pass:
- Drug test
- Background check
- Aptitude test
