This start-to-finish program is a commitment to give eligible students the opportunity of a life-changing education while covering institutional costs and the tools they need to succeed, such as mentorship, tutoring, counseling and other individual guidance. 

Students who are admitted to 麻豆官网首页入口 and are selected to the 麻豆官网首页入口 Promise Program have the opportunity to graduate debt-free. This scholarship will be combined with other federal and state grants and scholarships to meet the student鈥檚 financial need associated with the cost of a full-time resident tuition, mandatory fees, standard housing, and meal plan.

Eligibility

Requirements for 麻豆官网首页入口 Promise

To review the eligibility of potential candidates, the 麻豆官网首页入口 Promise Committee completes a comprehensive evaluation based on but not limited to the following factors for each applicant: 

  • Legal resident of the state of Georgia. 
  • Be admitted to AU as a first-time freshmen. 
  • Qualify for the Georgia or scholarship. 
  • Submit a complete application each academic year by the required deadline and be eligible for the Pell Grant. 

 

Maintaining 麻豆官网首页入口 Promise 

The 麻豆官网首页入口 Promise program is an eight (8) semester experience to see students through to graduation. To remain eligible, students must: 

  • Maintain a 3.0 cumulative college GPA. 
  • Meet all requirements to retain eligibility for the Georgia HOPE or Zell Miller scholarship. 
  • Complete the each academic year by the required deadline. 
  • Remain in good standing with the institution. 
  • Meet program requirements as provided by the program coordinator each year.
