Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance

Another concept similar to growth mindset is grit- the ability and willingness to stick with hard things. Watch this video of Angela Lee Duckworth on the results of grit.

Khan Academy: Mindset Course

These materials say they are for high school students, but they apply equally well for college students. The units have embedded videos by experts as well as stories of people overcoming struggles in college. Each unit includes reflection questions and next steps.
